How can I create an account with Uber Dreams ?
You can directly sign-up on the Uber Dreams website or app or log in through your Facebook account. It’s Uber easy.
I forgot my password! Now what ?
Never fear! To reset your password, simply click the “Forgot password?” link at the top when we ask you to sign-in. An email will be sent to you with instructions to reset your password.
I didn’t get a confirmation mail after completing my order. What to do ?
Oops. If you haven’t received a confirmation mail, first check your ‘spam’ folder. If you still cannot find it, our Uber Dreams concierge will guide you through this.
When will my credit/debit card get charged ?
As soon as you complete your purchase, Uber Dreams will immediately validate the card you used, and charge you when the experience is bought. Once the payment happens, your voucher/product will be shipped or e-mailed depending on the type of experience. A dedicated Uber Dreams concierge will contact you to finalize the purchase.
Can I cancel/ transfer my purchase ?
Cancellation of a purchase will depend on its category and the external vendor policies. You can find the details of cancellation in the ‘Fine Print’ against each product or experience. If you want clarification, it would be best to get in touch with Uber Dreams concierge before you place your order!
Where can I find the full details or terms for an experience/product that I like ?
Each experience/auction contains its own individual terms and details. This is mentioned in the ‘How it works’ section of each experience/auction, make sure you check that out!
How old do I have to be to make a purchase ?
Age restrictions, if any, will be mentioned in the ‘How it works’ section of an Experience or Auction.
Will additional sales-tax be levied on my purchase ?
No hidden costs, my friend. When applicable, sales-tax will be included in the purchase price.
What are the different modes of payment that I can use ?
We have 2 options by which you can make payments - You can choose between a secured payment gateway for credit card/debit card/net banking payments or use EMI without credit card option.
How do I go about buying an experience or course on Uber Dreams ?
Simply click the ‘Buy Now’ button after selecting an experience or a course. After you make your choice, you will be directed to a page for filling in delivery details, followed by the payment page. You can also choose to make a small donation to a charity of your choice! It’s really just the standard steps.
Why do certain experiences and courses have an ‘Enquire Now’ button ?
We want our customers to be on top of things at all times. This is our way of a quick check to see that the experience fits the expectations of the purchaser. At Uber Dreams, we want to ensure memorable experiences for both you and our luminary partners. A small enquiry before you buy keeps everyone happy!
I have a specific request for an experience but don't see it on your site. Can you help me ?
With a wide array of partners, we have the option of customizing something just for you. We will be happy to give this a try. Try out our “You Dream, We fulfil” section and send your unique dream. We will try our best to ensure you realize and live your dream! The experience I was interested in is sold out. When wil it be back?
Though we would love to bring sold-out experiences and products back, it sort of all depends upon our luminary partners. We can’t guarantee that a specific experience will be available for purchase again. Sometimes luminaries will offer a similar experience or item. In this case, we will be happy to send you an alert. All you have to do, is enter your details in the “Enquire Now” section.

What is an auctions platform and how does it work?
Uber Dreams Auctions would be an interactive platform where in customers would have a chance to bid for realizing their dream. The offerings can range from a Dinner Date with your favourite celebrity or getting an internship in A-list companies or mentoring by Business Leaders among other listings. The concept would be simple - customers would need to be signed-up before participating in an auction. Once signed-up, customer can place a bid on the auction of their interest. Other interested bidders would try to out bid by placing a higher bid. Once the auction duration ends, the customer with the highest bid wins!
How do I participate in Uber Dreams’ online auctions?
The first thing you need to do to participate in an Auctions is sign-up with Uber Dreams and verfiy account via mail. Once that is done, participate in auctions by simply hitting the "Bid Now" button.



What happens if I click on the ‘Bid Now’ button?
Once you’ve clicked on the ‘Bid Now’ button, the website proceeds to check if you’ve signed-in. If not, you will be prompted to sign-up/sign-in and veirfy e-mail address. Once signed in with a verified email ID, your bid will be successfully registered.


How will I know if I’ve won the bid?
If you’re the highest bidder in an auction, you will receive a congratulatory e-mail from us! This will also include a request to make the payment within 48 hours, along with a payment link/information to make payment. Follow this link, and complete the payment procedure to own your dream.
