For Products

Exchange policy

We accept exchanges if there is a defect in the product delivered or if the product(s) is/are damaged on receipt. You can write on care[at]uberdreams.com and initiate an exchange within 24 hrs of receiving the product(s). Once you initiate the exchange, we will send you the new product(s) in the next 10 days. Please bear in mind, that for any order, we will process the exchange request only once. If the product requested by you is not available, then you will be refunded, the mode of refund would be the same as Payment.

 

Returns and Refund Policy

We value our customers, however we only accept returns for damaged or defective Products and give a replacement or refund as mentioned in the exchange policy
